COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Crt Solutions M34AEP-CRT parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Yaskawa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ls parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Tema product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Yaskawa such as the SGMJV08ADE6SSGDV5R5A01A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the XP50TTADC manufactured by Ls and we are pleased to be able to service most Ls systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature VT50 by Manufacturer Tema as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Proface Brand PFXGP4501TAA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Omron such as NS5TQ11V2 equipment made by Omron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Omron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Omron" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available AST3301B1D24TOUCHPANEL made by Proface as well as the popular 2711M3A18L12711M3A19L1 original spares produced by Allen-Bradley Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 6MT31 by Texas-Instruments and NS5TQ11V2 spares by Omron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original NB10WTW01BNB10WTW01B Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Omron. |
